Terms of Service
Last updated: 23 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and OJI Communications Private Limited ("OJI", "we", "us"), G-88, Sector 63, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201309, India. They apply to the OJI merchant app and portal (vyapar.ojionline.in), OJI online shops (shop.ojionline.in), the OJI delivery app and OJI on WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram. By using OJI you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Accounts
Merchants must give correct business details and keep their login safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including what your staff do with the access you give them. Tell us at once if you think your account is misused.
2. Plans, add-ons and payments
Paid plans and add-ons are charged as shown in the app before you buy, plus applicable taxes (GST). They renew as stated at purchase until cancelled. Fees already paid are not refundable except where the law requires or we say otherwise in writing.
3. Your shop and your content
You own your products, prices, photos, texts and customer lists. You allow OJI to store and show them so the service works (for example in your online shop, invoices, messages and ads). You must have the rights to what you upload and must follow the law, including consumer, tax and food-safety rules that apply to your business.
4. Messages to customers
WhatsApp, SMS, email and push messages may only be sent to customers who agreed to receive them. Marketing messages must allow customers to opt out. You must follow the rules of WhatsApp, Meta and the telecom regulator (TRAI).
5. Ads on Google, Facebook and Instagram
When you run ads from OJI using your own Google Ads or Meta ad account, Google or Meta charges you directly under their own terms and policies; OJI does not hold your ad money. You choose the budget, area and text, and you confirm the maximum spend before an ad starts. OJI pauses an ad when it reaches the maximum you confirmed, but final charges are decided and billed by Google or Meta. Ads must follow their advertising policies; some businesses (for example alcohol, medicines, gambling) cannot advertise through OJI. Estimates of clicks, calls or orders are estimates, not promises.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use OJI to sell illegal goods, mislead customers, send spam, break the law, harm OJI's systems or try to access other merchants' data.
7. Service availability and changes
We work to keep OJI available and your data safe, but we cannot promise the service will never be interrupted. We may improve or change features; for paid features we will tell you about important changes in advance.
8. Third-party services
OJI connects to services such as payment gateways, WhatsApp, Meta, Google and delivery partners. Their own terms apply to them, and OJI is not responsible for their failures.
9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, OJI is not liable for indirect losses or lost profits, and our total liability for a claim is limited to the fees you paid OJI in the 3 months before it arose.
10. Ending the service
You can stop using OJI at any time and ask us to delete your data (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend accounts that break these terms or the law, after notice where reasonable.
11. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Noida / Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction.
